1. Admission
You may only enter and set up on the campsite with permission from the person responsible at reception. Staying on the campsite means accepting these rules. Serious or repeated violations may lead to removal from the site. The campsite is intended for recreational stays and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
2. Formalities
Everyone staying at least one night must report to reception in advance with identification and complete the required registration. Please notify reception of your departure the day before.
3. Setting up
Tents, caravans, folding campers, motorhomes and accessories must be placed on the assigned pitch and according to the manager’s instructions. Do not exceed the boundaries of your pitch.
4. Reception and arrival
Reception is open from 09:00–12:00, 14:00–17:00 and 18:00–20:00. You can obtain information about the campsite, surroundings and useful addresses. Ring the bell if reception is temporarily unattended. Arrival is only possible between 14:00 and 20:00.
5. Payment
Payment is made at reception upon arrival. If you leave early, the full agreed price remains due. Seasonal pitches are paid in January.
6. Dogs and other pets
A maximum of two dogs is permitted per pitch.
- Pets must be kept on a lead and may not be walked off-lead on the campsite
- Owners must immediately clean up after their animal
- Pets may not cause nuisance
- Never leave a dog alone in a car, caravan or tent
7. Parking and driving
The maximum speed is 5 km/h. Motor traffic is prohibited between 22:00 and 07:00. Only vehicles belonging to staying guests are allowed. After setting up, park your car in the car park unless the owner instructs otherwise. Mopeds may only be moved with the engine switched off.
8. Appearance and care of pitches
Keep the campsite, sanitary facilities and your pitch clean and tidy.
- Never pour wastewater onto the ground; use the designated facility
- Separate paper, glass and residual waste and use the containers at the entrance
- Take bulky waste away yourself
- Do not hang laundry from trees or damage plants, fences or installations
- Only breathable groundsheet through which grass can grow is permitted
- Windbreaks require written permission
- Leave the pitch as you found it
9. Safety
The entrance gate is closed to cars between 22:00 and 07:00. Walking and cycling remain possible.
10. Theft
Guests remain responsible for their belongings. Management cannot be held liable for theft or damage to guests’ property. Report suspicious persons immediately.
11. Liability
The operator is not liable for theft, accidents or damage unless caused by a failure attributable to the operator or staff. Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves, family members, overnight guests or visitors. Moving a caravan or motorhome with the campsite tractor is at the guest’s own risk.
12. Fire and barbecues
Open fires and fire baskets are strictly prohibited.
- Barbecuing is only allowed under adult supervision and after consulting management
- Never leave fire unattended and dispose of cold charcoal in the waste container
- Cooking appliances must be in good condition and not used under a tent or close to a car
- Alert management immediately in case of fire
- Fire extinguishers and a first-aid kit are available
13. Campsite management
Management is responsible for order and may intervene in serious violations or remove guests who disturb the peace. Complaints must be dated, signed, specific and concern recent events.
14. Special conditions
Pitches must be vacated by 12:00. A full camping day is charged for late departure. Outside high season, extension until 18:00 may be possible at half the daily rate.
- No more than two adult visitors per pitch; visitors leave before 23:00
- Overnight visitors must report and pay at reception
- Subletting a caravan is prohibited
- Use water carefully; paddling pools and water slides are not allowed
- Nuisance, excessive music, football on the campsite and washing cars are prohibited
15. Cancellation
Cancellation charges are 15% up to three months before arrival, 50% up to two months, 75% up to one month, 90% within one month and 100% on the starting date. If the pitch is rebooked while no alternatives are available, compensation is refunded proportionally after deduction of a €5 administration fee.
16. Absence and winter storage
Report longer absences to management. The pitch may be rented until your return. A seasonal caravan may remain during winter for €175, entirely at the owner’s risk; the campsite accepts no liability for theft, storm, water, tree or other damage.
17. Sales
Buying or selling motorised or other vehicles on the campsite is not permitted.
