Cancellation before the starting date
If the guest cancels the agreement before the starting date, a fixed compensation is due. This does not apply when the reason for cancellation is a price increase introduced within three months after the agreement was concluded.
The compensation amounts to
Cancellation up to 3 months before the starting date15% of the agreed price
Cancellation up to 2 months before the starting date50% of the agreed price
Cancellation up to one month before the starting date75% of the agreed price
Cancellation within one month before the starting date90% of the agreed price
Cancellation on the starting date100% of the agreed price
Refund when the pitch is rebooked
The compensation is refunded proportionally, after deduction of administration costs, if a third party reserves the pitch for the same period or part of it and no other pitches are available during that period.
The administration fee is €5 and is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
